Comment:

 Do you see the user twice. Two equal users or one showing the nickname and
 the other one showing the email address?

 Try to reproduce it with 2.6.0 (when get released) using the env variable
 PURPLE_VERBOSE_DEBUG.

 I think the problem is the server sending two JOI commands, we need to
 manage this new behavior properly not adding the second JOI to the sb or
 adding it to the IM, not the chat conv type.
