 using tabbed conversations in windows 7 after opening a conversation  with
 another buddy, if the conversation window wasnt the default size it would
 scale to the default size.

 also, theres general bugs in just dragging the window around.

 When dragged while any tab is in the alert status [flashing/whatever]
 moving it makes it also change to default size.
