Comment:

 The debug window shows the exact same information when sending a message
 to a yahoo user that can receive my messages as to a person that doesn't
 receive my messages. I have 3 or 4 people that only sometimes get Yahoo
 I/ms from me, but are plenty fine receiving them from MSN.
