#13071: Buddy icons not showing from MSN contacts

 some of them are showing, some not, especially from aMSN users, but some
 WLM users as well, this problem is in windows version and linux (ubuntu)
 too
 in some cases if contacts change their icons, i see previous, not new
 buddy icon
