 What plugins do you have loaded? What font formatting options do you have
 turned on in the preferences window (what does the default outgoing text
 look like there)? Do you have incoming formatting enabled or disabled?
 What changes are you trying to make exactly? Are you trying to change the
 font you see other people's messages in? Are you trying to change the font
 you see your outgoing message in? Are you trying to change the font your
 friends see your outgoing messages in (yes this is different than the
 previous question)?
