 Your issue is a different one that appears to be related to our proxy code
 sucking in general.  The issue I'm trying to fix here is psmith2100's,
 where HTTP/HTTPS and YMSG need to go through different proxy servers.
 Your issue instead appears to be #11908, which I have no idea how I can
 possibly fix.
