 Ok, this is from work computer (windows xp, pidgin 2.71) same contact but
 different behaviour. Receive starts with dc (it seems at least, 14k/sec)
 then fallback to server transfer after a few seconds

 Log captured with PURPLE_VERBOSE_DEBUG on
