 Hello, after upgrading from 2.7.0 to last version - 2.7.1 on WindowsXP,
 with checked box - localizations - bg (for bulgarian interface), pidgin
 appeared in english. I think you have to put somewhere in preferences -
 select locale. Thanks and all the best!
