 Ah I see, the plugin uses defined terms. I don't mean to argue semantics
 :).

 I would argue that the language that the plugin uses implies that the
 window, if closed, should be raised. Although a tick-box option along the
 lines of 'if window closed, reopen it' would also work, I don't think it
 would be as clear. Anyway, since I would understand either solution I
 would be happy irrespective of the implementation.
