 I have my preferences set so when I am chatting with an individual person
 the window flashes when a new IM is received.  This works perfectly.
 However when I am in a conference/chat room with more than one person the
 window does not flash when someone says something.  I am using Pidgin
 2.7.3 (libpurple 2.7.3) 0f25fe5523bd7d9bdd4888e8323bfffb157afa57.  Thanks
