 Idle status is not changed to online, after your status is automatically
 set as idle automatically. If you try set your status to available, it
 remains idle, even trying to change your status to 'do not disturb' and
 back to 'available' doesn't fix it.

 I've only noticed this with MSN, but I do use Google Talk with Pidgin but
 I've not got myself added as a contact on Google Talk so I can't see my
 status.

 This doesn't happen every time you go idle, or at least from what I've
 seen.

 I first saw this bug in 2.9.x (or 2.8.x).

 Note: I tried searching for another ticket like this and found one from 2
 years ago about 'idle time' but not status changing.
