 Raise conversation window and Present conversation window are not working
 in Pidgin 2.7.5 (libpurple 2.7.5)
 da2f4b4aea9c7f3e28c13f28b1ec087d4f589f25

 I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.  The conversation window
 remains minimized on the task bar when a new message is sent.
