 Ok, at this time I have to say sorry... I expected different web site with
 an offline installer. I wanted to install it really fast and didn't notice
 the link to offline installer. My fault. So the offline installer is there
 and working perfectly.

 Unfortunately I am still not able to connect. Strange, skype is working,
 maybe because there is a seting use ports 80 and 443 for incoming
 connections...
