 Also, it should be noted that the user has a "yahoo.com" email address,
 but is a true MSN account - not a Yahoo Instant Messenger account bridged
 through MSN.

 Perhaps that's playing a part of the problem? It might explain the
 correlation with "MSN_UNKNOWN_NETWORK" as described above.
