 I have one MSN contact, and no matter what, he always shows up as offline.
 Even when he's online, and we're talking. He's on a mac, using an older
 version of messenger. It also drops most of the things I send to him, and
 it only usually works right after he says something.

 I have the newest pidgin, and I have reinstalled it before.
