 My company recently put us behind an HTTP proxy that filters all traffic
 on 80/443 and others.  Pidgin works fine with AIM, XMPP and SIPE, but
 Yahoo will not connect.  The network folks have confirmed that they are
 not filtering Yahoo, and I was able to connect from behind the proxy using
 Kopete.

 I am on Fedora 17 using Pidgin/Purple 2.10.4 (latest upstream).  Here is

 The process just hangs at yahoo_auth16_stage1_cb--no errors returned from
 Yahoo.  I have also logged into my Yahoo account directly and assured that
 I am not locked.  Please help!
