 I'm interested in getting a non-dev, read-only copy of the sources. I see
 one must learn another source control system (Mercurial,
 http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/UsingPidginMercurial), in addition to CVS,
 SVN, Git and BitKeeper.

 Please make the sources available for download as a single TAR-ball, GZ,
 RAR, ZIP, etc. It will be helpful for folks who are not interested in
 checking in - for example, folks who want to perform an audit.
