 Found solution for problem.

 I have noticed that alt + shift combination switched between polish and
 english keyboard layouts.

 It was strange because I always have my OS configured that there were
 removed all languages except polski. (programisty)

 But I have recalled that couple months ago I had to change my OS language
 to english and then english keyboard layout got on the list during
 switching - I did not noticed that until today when accidentaly saving
 with alt+shift+s [but not pressing s] in Notepad++ so I found it.

 Anyway, it's ok now. :)
