 Could you check, if the file devel_root/pidgin/win32/nsis/gtk-
 runtime-2.24.14.0.zip exists in your tree (after building installer) and
 is 36175801 bytes long?

 If not - I've commited some debug prints to generation script.

 If yes - could you check my build?
