 I installed NSIS 2.46, built a new installer, and it looks like GTK was
 included but not extracted in the right location.

 This time I noticed the installer showing this message:
 Extract: gtk.zip... (long pause)

 And if I go to the temporary directory indicated in the log file, I can
 find gtk.zip in there (but not extracted, just the zip file). I have no
 idea where it is extracting it.
