 When restarting the avahi-daemon, the once announced bonjour service is
 not browseable from another node anymore. The bonjour service announcement
 silently stops.

 Restarting a bonjour account in pidgin manually makes the announcement
 work again.

 Currently the avahi_client_new() call in mdns_avahi.c isn't provided a
 callback. We probably should and should restart the purple bonjour account
 on a client state change of type AVAHI_CLIENT_FAILURE.
