 Pidgin does not properly implement Windows DPI scaling. Scaled text looks
 blurry.

 This is an issue for users of new high resolution displays.

 Attached is a picture showing the Buddy List title bar with proper crisp
 text (handling DPI settings correctly), but the menu bar with blurry text
 (handling the high DPI settings incorrectly).
