 When using slack.com IRC connections, they use mode +v and mode -v to show
 when people are available.  I understand there exists the "Join/Part
 Hiding" plugin which I am starting to use, but it doesn't cover hiding the
 mode changes.  If it could be extended to hide mode changes (so they are
 not in the console, there could be the option to still log them possibly),
 I would be grateful, since it is hard to track any real dialogue otherwise
 (since the channels I am on are often idle).
