Comment:

 It looks like it is trying to connect before the network is fully
 available.

 This is odd because Windows has reported that you're connected to
 'stusta.mhn.de'

 If you leave it for a few minutes and it tries again, does it work or do
 you need to manually disable/reenable the accounts/change the status?
