 Obviously, in win2ktrans.c:conversation_delete_cb(), a null pointer can be
 returned by pidgin_conv_get_window(), if the window was already destroyed
 somehow before.

 This is not checked. Hence, cleanup_conv_window() will crash pidgin in
 such a case. Happened occasionally with my configuration.
