 I received a file (180MB) from a friend who's using icq6. I'm using Pidgin
 2.4.3.
 I got DSL 6k (germany) and got just about 22kbps downspeed. And my whole
 Internet was slow as hell. Normal websites took about 1min to load,
 playing games online was a no-go. After the download was completed (took
 me about 2+ hours, everything was fine again. Websites do load instantly
 and my download speed on good Servers is 600kbps (cap).
 Don't know why the file transfer slows down the whole internet, but
 obviously it does.
