Comment:

 I guess this is something of a bogus situation as it doesn't seem wise to
 have duplicated jids on different "networks".

 Even if we "fix" the duplicate detection to prevent this, more important
 stuff isn't going to work right because libpurple wont be able to tell the
 two accounts apart.
