 After installing Pidgin 2.5.3, clicking on the Exit button or Quit etc.
 does not allow Pidgin to gracefully exit or shut down on Windows. Instead,
 the application hangs with a message of "Not Responding" prior to
 requiring the application to be terminated through Kill Process or
 Terminate Process through Task Manager.

 This issue was not present in the earlier version: v. 2.5.2.
