Comment:

 See PlainTextPasswords which is linked from the
 [http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Using%20Libpurple#Whyarepasswordsnotencrypted
 FAQ]. The SoC work indicated on that page is largely completed and last I
 was aware just needed a final review pass.

 I'm marking this wontfix as we have no desire to simply encode or encrypt
 the passwords in that file, as such.
