 File Transfers between between AIM users fail to initialize, however
 occasionally the transfer is spontaneously resolved as I terminate the
 transfer resulting in a complete file being added to my computer. This
 suggests to me that that perhaps the program that monitors the speed and %
 completion isn't working, as the transfer speed stays at 0.0kb/s and it
 says waiting for transfer to begin... permanently. This ends up with the
 user canceling the transfer when in fact it may be occuring, there just
 isn't any evidence to suggest that it is until you cancel the transfer
 only to find a complete file on your desktop.
