 Hi All,
 I would like to write a patch which is a Icon Customize Dialog for pidgin.
 when user drag photo file to the icon of status box, user can choose to
 process the image like crop/resize these simple actions, it looks like
 Adium's Icon customize app.

 i don't want to write a patch which no one wants apply. so.. please give
 me adivices, if it's not worth to do this, i won't work on it. thanks.
