New description:

 Hi All,
 I would like to write a patch which is a Icon Customize Dialog for pidgin.
 when user drags photo to the icon area of status box, user can choose to
 process the image like crop/resize these simple actions, it looks like
 Adium's Icon customize app.

 I don't want to write a patch which no one wants to apply. so.. please
 give me advices, if it's not worth to do this.
