 There was a change to libxml2 which appears to have made it in to 2.7.0
 which changes the way the relative URI warning/error message is handled. I
 would imagine this change is likely responsible for what we are seeing
 here.

 The question is whether the change is valid as currently written or
 whether there is a bug in it or not. The change I'm talking about is SVN
 revision
 [http://svn.gnome.org/viewvc/libxml2/trunk/parser.c?r1=3759&r2=3761 3761]
 of parser.c. I don't know nearly enough about the libxml2 code-base or API
 to comfortably say one way or the other about this issue.
