Comment:

 Ok my problem it completely solved if i take another aspell then the one
 inside my php folder.

 Agree this is not pidgin problem, but maybe pidgin can manage this error
 him self! in taking the good aspell-15.dll path from registry in place of
 letting the shell find it into the %path%, this can be a good solution on
 a win32 platform.

 surely do not know apsell project or pidgin as i should to be sure of what
 i say here! so please take this only as a note :)

 i apreciate our great work! and i will now enjoy more pidgin :)
