 I updated my icon photo in one of my test MSN accounts using the Messenger
 PC client running on Windows XP (Messenger version 2009) and I see the new
 icon in Pigin and my own libpurple client. It also works updating the icon
 on an account in the Messenger browser client (live.com). This same
 scenario was definitely not working a couple of weeks ago.
